COER wants your unwanted career clothing
by William Zwikelmaier, director
$50,607.
That is the total retail value of the free professional dress that career opportunities and employer relations (COER) provided to our students last semester. Setting high standards but ensuring our students have the resources to meet them is what we do here at S&T.
From free wellness resources to the student emergency fund, to expert tutoring, this campus is constantly helping to remove or reduce barriers. COER proudly makes the effort to ensure that every student who needs professional dress has that need met.
This is where you come in.

Mental Well-Being Awareness Week: Celebrating Our 10th Year
by Laura Woods-Buchanan, health communications specialist
Each semester, student well-being hosts Mental Well-Being Awareness Week, a series of trainings and activities that encourage students, faculty and staff to focus on their mental health and well-being. The theme this semester is "Love Your Mind, Love Your Self," and will be held the week of Feb. 12. While the actual activities may change each semester, student well-being is excited to say that Mental Well-Being Awareness Week turns 10 this year, with the first week hosted in 2014.
